Premium Ganoderma Lucidum (Reishi) Mushroom Substrate – 2.5 Kg Sterilized Grow Bag

Unlock the secrets of ancient herbalism by growing your own Reishi mushrooms (Ganoderma lucidum) right at home. Our professional-grade substrate is scientifically formulated to provide the precise nutrient density and structural integrity required for dense, potent conk development and vibrant "antler" growth.

Why Choose Our Reishi Substrate?

Growing Reishi can be finicky, but the right foundation makes all the difference. We use a proprietary blend of 100% organic hardwood sawdust (the preferred natural food source for G. lucidum) supplemented with nitrogen-rich rice bran to maximize your biological efficiency and yield.

  1. Optimal Colonization Speed: Specially hydrated to 60% moisture content to ensure rapid mycelium expansion and reduced risk of contamination.
  2. Sterilized & Ready-to-Inoculate: Processed in a professional autoclave at 15 PSI for 120 minutes. Just inject your liquid culture or add grain spawn in front of a flow hood.
  3. Dual-Growth Capability: Whether you prefer the classic "Conk" shape or the exotic "Antler" form, our substrate provides the structural support for both.
  4. Eco-Friendly & Organic: We use sustainably sourced hardwoods and organic amendments, ensuring your medicinal tea is free from synthetic chemicals.

How to Grow Reishi at Home

  1. Inoculate: Use a sterile technique to introduce your Reishi spores or culture.
  2. Incubate: Keep in a dark, warm spot (21°C–24°C) until the bag is completely white with mycelium.
  3. Fruit: For "Antlers," leave the bag sealed to maintain high CO2. For "Conks," provide fresh air exchange and high humidity.
  4. Harvest: Pick once the white growing edge disappears and the fruit body turns a deep, lacquered red.

Grower's Note: Reishi is a slow grower compared to Oyster mushrooms, but the wait is worth it. This substrate is designed to hold moisture for the long haul, supporting the mushroom throughout its 2–4 month growth cycle.
